First papers published by French researchers given free access to THIN, the real-world medico-economic database managed by GERS Data
GERS Data is a Cegedim Group subsidiary and a key healthcare market data and analysis player in France. The company is pleased to announce that the first papers by research physicians given free access(1) to real-world data(2) from the THIN database have been published.
One group of physicians focused on the “Analysis of diagnostic strategies for Sjogren’s syndrome in France in primary care clinics using an electronic health database(3)”. Their work was presented at the 76th Franco-Maghreb Internal Medicine Conference. Another group dealt with “Assessing monitoring of recommendations for treating urinary infections in primary care clinics in France(4)”. The second group presented their results in June at the French Infectious Disease Society’s 19th annual conference in Nantes.
